You may return any greensacks' fruit & vegie sack within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the Return Procedures below:

Changed your mind?: if the fruit & vegie sacks are not what you expected, then they can be returned to us for a full refund. This does not include return shipping costs. Returned fruit & vegie sacks must be in their original condition and include packaging.

Faulty products: any fruit & vegie sacks which are found to be faulty upon receipt can be returned to us for a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs. Returned fruit & vegie sacks must be in their original condition.

Damaged products: greensacks is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Registered Post is available upon request but at additional cost to the purchaser
